Secure operator access
Use your authorised administrator account. Migration work continues securely when you close this browser or your session expires.
Sign-in requirements & troubleshooting
- Use a confirmed native APPLinkup account with the Admin or Administrator role.
- The server operator must include your native Identity user ID in
MigrationAccess:OperatorUserIds. An email address does not match this setting. - Production requires a verified authenticator app. Set it up under Account → Account security in the main APPLinkup application. A passkey alone cannot supply this code.
- If the account works in the main application, check that
MigrationDatabases:NativeTargetConnectionuses the same native account database and that the correct environment's settings are loaded.
